ABOUT MOVER SDGs 

Mover SDGs is an initiative and inclusive societal movement founded by Mr. Mohamed Elmahdy and relies mainly on harnessing people power especially youth in helping National Governments meet SDGs targets. And, it actively supports and enhances the work of the United Nations efforts; contributing to the SDGs 2030 Agenda. That will be through Connecting Communities with the SDGs cross-platform and aims to promote knowledge in societies, values, and the skills needed for a sustainable way of life. It will contribute to driving active conversation and raise awareness for enriching the role of the individual, civil society, and business that empowers them to contribute actively to sustainable development and to accelerate community-led change. We call this - connecting minds & exchanging ideas creating a generation of SDG pioneers capable of finding unconventional solutions to global challenges and who will be able to lead our planet to and beyond 2030.

THE MISSION

Mover SDGs  advocates for the use of  people power to communicate the SDGs and inspire global  people  to take action towards a more sustainable future.

THE AIM 

“Mover SDGs” is a convene and building network educating the world on Sustainable Development Goals through enabling dialogue and collaboration among people using the most powerful of tools - “Social Influence” which can influence and shape human behavior. 

Mover SDGs advocates are entering a globally connected world  - when we discuss and work with the SDGs they grapple with ideas that get them thinking globally, being open-minded and open to diversity in all things. Thus, contributing to the creation of a Global Human who is able to make a difference in the world.

THE OBJECTIVES

• Mobilizing, apprising, and educating young people from all over the world to become influential people in their societies and raise awareness for the sustainable development goals.

• Building the Global Human, who has the ability to shape a better world and future - the future of our world depends on it.

• By the advent of 2030, we will go to the United Nations headquarters in New York with a million ambassadors from all over the world pledging to the sustainable development goals who have contributed to their societies in projects that serve sustainable development and to prove that individuals and civil society have contributed along with their governments to sustainable development and that a million leaders worldwide are ready and able to hold the helms of the world.

• The prevalent event in the world will be inviting one million ambassadors from different countries and cultures in one place to meet for the first time and celebrate what we have presented to ourselves and to our societies and hence exchange plans and ideas for post-2030. This will be through a sponsor (it may be one of the governments of the world, organizations or major companies) and the invitation here is open for sponsors ... • Formulating a vision in one agreed-upon language by all, for post 2030 and how we as human beings can change our social system to ensure coexistence with each other in peace and in sustainable ways.

• Mobilize young people from around the world to become influential in their communities and raise awareness of the SDGs. 

•  Build a global human, who has the potential to shape our world - the future, and the future of our world, depends on it.

•  By 2030, we will go to the UN headquarters in New York with a pledge of one million SDGs Ambassadors from around the world who have contributed to their communities in projects that serve sustainable development and to prove that individuals and civil society have contributed with their governments to sustainable development and that a million leaders around the world are ready and able to hold the rudder.
